AP Baseball - Fall 2025

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE BEFORE STARTING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS!!!

Welcome to AP Baseball: Where Excellence Meets Fun!

We’d like to express our gratitude for your interest in AP Baseball. Committed parents, devoted coaches, generous sponsors, and the continued support of our Ascension Parish Recreation Department have all come together to bring about positive changes!

Our 2025 Fall League will start practicing the week of Monday, September 8th (2 practices a week) with games beginning the week of September 29th (2 games a week). We WILL NOT have games on October 31^st! Any make-up games will be played the week of November 3rd. The plan is to have 6 practices and 10 games - weather permitting.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a BASEBALL LEAGUE (not softball). While girls/females are allowed and invited to register in our tee-ball through 12-year-old divisions - WE ARE PLAYING BASEBALL!

AGE GROUP DIVISIONS:

**To determine the correct division, ask, “How old will my child be on August 31st, 2026?”. **

· 3/4-year-old Tee Ball

· 5-year-old Tee Ball

· 6-year-old Tee Ball (NO 6U coach pitch)

· 7-year-old Coaches Pitch

· 8-year-old Coaches Pitch

· 9-year-old Player Pitch

· 10-year-old Player Pitch

· 11/12-year-old Player Pitch

· 13/15-year-old (Middle School Age)

· 15/17-year-old (High School Age)

There will NOT be a try-out process for the fall. The AP Baseball staff/coaches will assign all players registered to a team and will be assembling them during the week of September 1st.

REGISTER YOUR PLAYER:

Regular Registration: $75.00 ($65.00 for additional children within the same family)

August 1^st – 31^st for ALL age divisions

**NO LATE REGISTRATION**

Participation fees are paid online via debit or credit card during the registration process. Refund requests made before the close of the registration period will be honored and suject to a 10.00 processing fee.

There are NO REFUNDS AFTER August 31^st, 2025!!

You can easily complete your registration online, 24/7, by visiting www.apbaseball.com.

New Players:

· Create an account: click on the "Register" box located at the top right corner of the AP Baseball website's Home Page

· Once the user account is created, click on the “Player Registration” tab in the menu.

Previous Players:

· Log in using your existing account details and click on the "Player Registration" tab in the menu.

The player's age on AUGUST 31, 2026, will determine his/her age grouping. The online process will ensure the player is positioned in the proper league. Upon the completeion of registration, players , ages 8 and up, who fall into the DYB/Little League birthday gap can request to be moved to their DYB age division for the fall season (May 1st– August 31^st). Please send an email to [email protected] AFTER the registration is complete.

Space is limited, so PLEASE complete the registration process AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Once an age division is at capacity, a waitlist option will be offered. Players will be moved from the waitlist into the league on a first-come, first-served basis.
